War Veteran and Father

This is Edward Firgueroa. He served in the U.S. Army and is a permently disabled veteren with 3 dislocated discs in his back, multiple fractures in his back, and severe PTSD.  I can't go into detail for obvious reasons, but if you saw how bad his body is scarred, you could put 2 and 2 together. 

A few days ago he was taken to jail for missing a child support payment of 400$ (which he did pay but apparently did not go through). Before he went into the service he had a one night stand with a woman and ended up having a child with her. He has been actively making child support payments for at least 3 years when he first found out after he got out of the service.

I don't understand how my "father", who has made 2 child support payments of 10 dollars in 18 years and caused a traumatic 5 years of domestic abuse towards me and my mother, can waltz around free while someone who has treated me like he is my father and helped my mother recover from her issues is now sitting in jail with bail of 6000$ for ONE child support payment not going through which is NOT his fault.

There was a warrent out for his arrest that was issued by the Atourney General. His bail is 6000$ and my mother and I do not have the funds to release him. Please help us. He is not only a role model, but my step father and a loving husband to my mother. It is horrific to see how our Vets are treated for protecting the lives of millions and our country.
