My name is Valeria Yepez, I am starting this gofundme for my beloved nephew Mathieu Yepez.

Mathieu was born with Hypo-plastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and after 14 long and difficult months of fighting and praying, Mathieu is no longer with us. He was small but mighty and although we were not fortunate enough to have a lifetime with him, he will forever carry a special place in our hearts.

The funds raised will be used for the memorial service of our dear Mathieu. We hope to honor what a big little warrior he truly was.

Mathieu nació con síndrome del corazón izquierdo hipoplásico (HLHS) y después de 14 largos y difíciles meses de lucha y oración, Mathieu ya no está con nosotros. Era pequeño pero poderoso y, aunque no tuvimos la suerte de pasar toda la vida con él, siempre tendrá un lugar especial en nuestros corazones.
