Matthias and his wife are friends of ours. A really humble and nice guy, and even more a family man.
Matthias was competing at the Arnold in powerlifting and on his second squat he lost his balance at 700lbs and tore both quads from the knee as well as the left quad down the middle.
We all know that what we do has risks, but when something like this happens we are still all brothers and sisters in iron and know that this is a freak accident. Matthias won't be able to work and he has a wife and 3 small children. There will be a lot of medical bills as well as day to day life and we all know that life is expensive. ANY amount you can help this awesome family with is greatly appreciated. All funds go to this family and their medical bills as well as his recovery.
