Mathew Rowan (Chopper, Matty)

To start with, Matty was a strong believer of 'word of mouth' and was passionately against any form of social media, so I kindly request that we all respect that and this is not posted on these platforms, thank you.

In life, Matty gave anything he could to his loved ones: treasured memories of mischief and fun, his wooden handiwork, food, heartfelt advice, cleaning services, strong coffee and handmade games. This only scratches the surface and I can imagine this list doesn't start to describe the impact that he had and continues to have on so many people.

Now we want to give him a final resting place that is befitting of such a person. Dying ain't cheap and Matty spoke about being enveloped by nature and becoming the nutrients for a tree. This is what we are working towards and if you want to give back to Matty, then I will be forever grateful.

Thank you and let's give this lad a bloody good send off.
