Mathew "Bunkie" Brown
Donation protected
Today, Mathew "Bunkie" Brown lost his wife, Clara, and all his possesions in a house fire. Mathew has nothing but the clothes on his back.
Mathew and Clara have been married for many, many years. I don't know that my mere words can do justice to their love story, but here it goes.
Mathew has loved Clara from nearly the moment he met her. In 1981, Clara was in a terrible car accident. She suffered brain damage. She lost both of her legs, one arm and several fingers from the remaining hand. She was bound to a wheelchair. This didn't change their love. They were devoted to each other.
In addition to their love for one another, they had complete love and devotion to God. They were such an inspiration to everyone who knew them.
Their lives were not easy. Not by a long run. When most people would throw up their arms and give up, Mathew and Clara would throw up their arms and rejoice. They were always confident that God was there blessings them. That He would not forsake them. God provided miracles in their lives daily.
They shared their love for each other, their love for God and His love for them with everyone they came in contact with.
Now Bunkie (as I have always referred to him) has lost everything. Clara was killed in the fire. His home is gone. All he has are the clothes on his back.
Bunkie has also, just recently, been dealing with a heart condition. He has been hospitalized twice in just the last couple of months.
This beautiful, loving and giving man needs our help. He needs money to pay for a funeral for Clara. Plus, I know he would never ask, but he also needs money to rebuild his life.
Please, help show this man who has been such a loving inspiration to so many, that he is not alone. Any donation you can give will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and may God bless you.
