Mateusz Prokopiuk should be here today, smiling beside his family and preparing to welcome his second child into the world.

Instead, his loved ones are facing unimaginable grief after his tragic passing.

Mateusz was a kind, hardworking and loving young man whose smile touched everyone around him. He was a devoted father, caring partner and loyal friend.

Mateusz leaves behind four children.

Two children are from a previous relationship and are not included in this fundraiser, in line with family wishes.

This fundraiser is intended to support his partner Monika, their daughter Lily, and their unborn child, who will never have the chance to meet their dad.

Funds raised will provide support for everyday needs, childcare and future opportunities as they grow.
