Hello everyone! With the permission of Noemi and Ricardo (Mateo’s Mom and Dad), I am setting up this Go Fund Me to help them, their son (Mateo) and the rest of their family.
Mateo was born on May 30th, 2021 and was diagnosed with Hypo-plastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). HLHS is when the left heart ventricle is severely underdeveloped and blood flow is unable to reach the rest of the body. To this date, Mateo has had 2 major surgeries and has been in and out of the hospital since birth.
On February 3rd, 2023 - Mateo’s parents made the hard decision to add Mateo to the transplant list and be admitted into the hospital in Ann Arbor until one became available.
Luckily most costs are covered for Mateo with insurance but other bills/expenses are starting to pile up.
With the donations from this page Noemi and Ricardo will use it towards taking care of their other two children (Armani and Catalina), their mortgage (plus all the bills that come with owning a home), fuel for their commutes to and from Kalamazoo/Ann Arbor, food and day to day expenses as they don’t know how long they’ll have to be away from home.
