It has been 6 months or thereabouts, since the news of our Whaea, Mama, Nanny and Sister in Christ's diagnosis of stage 4 cancer.

After receiving radiotherapy treatment initially at Christmas time the doctors have since concluded that no further treatment will be beneficial or advantageous, whereby no further treatment will be given.

Since then, Mum has been and continues to receive palliative care and a raft of medications to make her comfortable.

She has shown incredible strength and resilience, in spite of her condition, where she continues to be very independent from day to day, doing what she can in her little home. She has lovely and incredible carers that come in daily to help her, where she will allow them too lol, but they are so understanding.

Reportedly her pain is increasing as time goes by, but she is dealing with it incredibly.

I thank God that He has bought Mum this far already, and my prayers will always be for healing.

We continue to promote this fund, whereas, the funds are to be used to provide for her needs as required and in the event of the unthinkable, to help her children, grandchildren and family with any, and all her affairs.
