I am Christopher Seymore Sr.
As the founder of Life Changing Out Reach Programs and Services my job for the last 25 years has been to implement nonprofit corporate practices that promote environmental stewardship, human rights, diversity and Information Technology job creation across the United States of America.
I have traveled countless miles documenting United States Urban and Rural Poverty, helping the homeless, and creating jobs.

In Partnership with Scholastic Books: Family And Community Envolvement Programs.
We will providing free books, and online digital books to children & families to help them build their own at home library.
