Mastergeeha Football Club was founded in 1979. The club has over 350 members ranging from Under 6’s all the way up to senior level.

Our existing sand-based training area cannot sustain the number of players training on it over the winter months. The Astroturf will replace our sand based training area and allow our members to play and train throughout the winter months.

The Department of Culture, Communications and Sport has designated this project as a “qualifying project” which qualifies for Tax Relief under its donations to Approved Sports Bodies Scheme.

This means that where a taxpayer makes a donation of €260 or more towards the astro, the club can reclaim tax from the Revenue Commissioners on that donation.

We understand that not everybody will be in a position to make a donation of €260, whatever you can contribute, big or small, will mean a great deal to us and will be received with genuine gratitude.
