Mason's journey to pro climbing

Hi, I'm Mason, a highly driven and self motivated 10-year-old climber from Hereford. Climbing is my passion and my whole life . Ever since I was able to walk I've been fascinated with climbing mountains and have scaled the highest peaks in the UK by the age of 6.

At the age of 5 years i also found my passion for indoor climbing and started to compete in competitions all over the country at the age of 7.

I have been working and training hard for the last few years and competing in both regional and national competitions and doing very well and enjoying the whole experience and been ranked among the top climbers in my age age group, but i want to go further and my dream is to become a GB athlete and to represent my country and to inspire others to dream big, train hard and never give up.

However, climbing is an expensive sport. It requires a lot of equipment, travel, coaching, and fees,(Thousands on fees/membership per year alone.) My family has been very supportive, but it has been financially challenging to cover all the costs. That's why I need your help. I've set up this gofundme campaign to raise money for my climbing expenses. With your generous donations, I'll be able to replace worn equipment ie( climbing shoes, ropes, harnesses etc) and to continue my training twice a week with my 270 climbing squad (The Warehouse, Gloucester), and participate in more regional and national competitions.
