Jason Rahimi came with his family last week (the week before Memorial Day) from Boise, Idaho to Annapolis for the graduation of his twin brother. On Saturday, Jason, who is 22 years old, was involved in a severe jet skiing accident. He was airlifted from the bay to the shock trauma center in Baltimore shortly thereafter. He has already undergone brain bleeding and multiple surgeries and is facing numerous more surgeries ahead, for his leg, jaw, cheeks, forehead, eyes, elbow and more. God willing, all of his surgeries will be successful, and he will move forward to physical therapy.

In the meantime, he and his family will be facing a large financial burden. Jason is not asking for a dime but has given much to those around him. As fellow parents and friends of these young men and women who are in Annapolis because of great commitment, I would ask that you consider giving any amount that you see as appropriate. We expect that any and all funds would go towards medical, travel and housing expense.

Regardless of your ability to help financially, please keep Jason and his family in your prayers and thoughts. We just want Jason back and healthy.
