Hiya my name is mason mullen, I was born on the 30th of April 2020 I made an early appearance I was 8 weeks early .. I had to go straight into baby unit in the vic for 8 weeks until I was big enough to get home ... I had a few complications I was on & off a cpap for 8 weeks which was hard as it was through covid so our family was split up, I got home for a little while then on the 3rd of August I got blue lighted from a specialist ambulance team to take me & my mum to the sick kids in Edinburgh which we then spent about 2 years of my life in there, I got diagnosed with hydrocephalus & lukuoedostrophy which I've had palliative end of life care with me since I was about 7 month old ... I've then had to have 45 open brain surgery's ive got 2 programmable working shunts situated in the right side of my head... I've also got an access device in the front of my head .. ive had 10 blood transfusions & the worst ever news about when my mum & dad got told I wouldn't make it until I was 5 ... I'm a big big boy with a wheelchair & I'm going to be 6 this year ... I'm smashing life my little bio xxxxx

He is a wee Warrior.

I just wanted this wee guy to have a wee electric Wheelchair fit for a little warrior who could teach us a few lessons, defo been here before, came to see my choir last year and he was up singing and dancing. He was there and there our wee mascot warrior.
