Mason Jar Support Fund

Hey everyone, hope you all are staying safe and healthy in this crazy time. Throughout this quarantine I’ve thought a lot about what I can do to help people that are struggling during this time. As we all know, the services and hospitality industries have been in a world of hurt the last month and a half and I’m sure that a lot of you, like me, have friends and family in that line of business that have been affected. I’m thinking about my boys Brendan and Rick in downtown Cleveland to my guys Mikey and Reese down in South Carolina, as well as a place that has been super important to me during my time in New York called the Mason Jar.

Not only is the Mason Jar conveniently about 30 steps from my apartment but it also serves as the South Carolina Gamecock bar in New York City. They’ve had their doors closed for a few weeks now, doing the takeout and delivery thing just trying to keep the lights on. I’ve made a lot of memories at MJ, some of the fondest were hosting close to 100 people for a Gamecock game this past fall and the super bowl watch party after a long dry January. Id like to continue making those memories in the future, so in an effort to support the bar, some friends and I have put together a go fund me to help with their wages / bills as this situation continues to unfold. 100% of proceeds will go to MJ.
