Help Mason Fight Testicular Cancer

Hi, my name is Chelsea Essmyer, and I’m sharing this fundraiser in partnership with Matthew McCrory on behalf of our nephew, Mason Fleetwood, and his family.

Mason is a 17-year-old high school student who was diagnosed with testicular cancer last month. Unfortunately, the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes, and he now faces an aggressive 9-week chemotherapy regimen following surgical intervention at the University of Michigan.

Mason is an incredible young man—he loves the outdoors, his family, and his faith. He’s active in his Seventh-day Adventist church and Pathfinders program, and he’s known for his caring, selfless nature. Even now, Mason worries more about his family than himself. When he learned of his diagnosis, his words were, “I’m a happy guy with a good life.” That’s the kind of heart he has.

This journey is not only emotionally challenging but also financially overwhelming. Mason’s family lives hours away from the hospital, which means added costs for travel, lodging, and time away from work. Your support will help ease this burden so they can focus on what matters most—Mason’s recovery.
