Hi, I'm Carol, Mason's grandmother, and I'm reaching out about my champion grandson. Mason has qualified for the nationals cross country competition in Queensland this September 7-11. Despite being born with cerebral palsy and doctors telling us seven years ago he might never walk, Mason has defied expectations. Through dedication and hard work he's not only walking but competing at national level in sports.

I've created a GoFundMe page to help Mason's mum, dad, and two brothers attend the competition with him. The whole experience is quite costly, and although both parents work hard to support the family, they need assistance. Having his siblings and parents there would make this achievement even more meaningful for Mason.

We can't make this happen without support. Mason's father currently works three jobs, with two being casual positions that don't provide holiday pay. The family faces significant expenses including accommodation, Mason's joining fee and uniform (which exceed $1,000). plus travel costs and flights.
