Mason has been diagnosed with a Pilocytic Astrocytoma Brain Tumor which has come back as being cancerous. Mason has been in Children’s Hospital in Madison since July 18th and has a rough road a head of him. Today he is suppose to be going back into general surgery to have a port put in his chest. At which point then they hope to give him his first round of chemo therapy. He will have one round of chemo therapy every week in Madison for the next seven weeks and then 3 weeks off and then the schedule repeats itself for 13 months of treatment. Anyone whom knows and Loves Mason knows this will be a huge battle with how active he is with sports and just life in general. Heather is gonna endure a lot more tough times to come, any support we can give to help her endure this rough challenge will much appreciated by the family.
