Masks & Head Bands for Medical Workers

Kearsley Linens is donating fabrics and cutting off our selvages to make ties for face masks and headbands for medical workers. The Wolf Family is working nearly full time to support this effort.
We need help funding to keep our workroom open, lights on, and supply the buttons and elastic from our wholesale suppliers, that need to go in with the supply packs. We need help with the funding to ship out to the at home sewists awaiting our supplies to sew the headbands, face masks and head covers.
All of the people sewing from these supplies are donating them to those working at hospitals, health centers, senior care, urgent care centers and getting them out to people who are severely at risk. We have set up networks of home sewists and are coordinating them. We are communicating with people and receiving requests from the medical front lines, first responders, foods deliverers for shut ins, the Navajo Nation in AZ (who are not part of the medical system and not receiving support for their medical staff and first responders). Our supplies have been sent as far as the Chicago Suburbs and Iowa.
We are also supplying the Sonoma Community Center with fabrics, elastic and ties weekly for their Wednesday 1-2pm pick up and they are receiving finished goods to distribute to the Sonoma Valley first responders, etc who are requesting them.
We are donating all of the fabric and all of the finished goods.
