Masjid Running Costs

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic Masjid Al Farouq, Walsall has had to shut its door for our daily prayers, activities, madrassa and events like all places of worship across the country.

Nevertheless with social distancing measures and technologies we have consistently arranged lectures, talks and recitation of the Quran transmitted via radio, online and social media.

Sadly due to Masjid Al Farouq being temporary shut we have also seen a fall on our donations even though we have running costs such as utility bills and ongoing salaries of staff.

As we are entering the month of Ramadan Masjid Al Farouq will be looking at alternative ways to fundraise so we can maintain the Masjid and provide much needed services to the community.
