Masjid E Abu Bakr Extension and Renovation
Alhamdullillah the masjid has been facilitating the Narborough/ Hinckley road locals as well as people coming on and off the motorway, and working in the area for over 30 years. With the rapid increase in local muslim population, the mosque is now in need to carry out an extension and renovate the current mosque which will;
- provide a dedicated ladies praying facility for approx 30 ladies including a separate entrance and toilet facilities.
- increase the men’s prayer area by approx 50 people
- with the madressa having a huge waiting list, the extension will accommodate approx 100 more local children to benefit from Islamic education five days a week
- an upgrade to the current toilets and wudu facilities which are in need of improvement.
- a built in kitchen for food and drinks prep.
Inshallah we need your support and donations to help achieve the above and future plan the masjid to accommodate the local families for many years to come.
