Hi everyone. As you know I'm Mary and I've come across a very challenging time in life. Like any people in my family, I find it very difficult to reach out for help, especially financial. Needless to say, this is a very scary time for me. I did not anticipate to be out of work this long.

I'm employed full time but I'm not in a position to afford the remaining balance of my surgery that the insurance did not cover. As you are aware I’ve been out of work for 6 weeks now and my income is $170/week from short term disability. The doctor has mentioned that I may be out another 2 weeks or longer. I still cannot walk ; using a walker and knee scooter for doctor visits. Still bed ridden. I’m not allowed to put weight on the foot.

As I've said, it's very difficult for me to ask for any kind of help. This is very hard for me to ask. Even considering doing this has been a very humbling experience for me. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
