Hi. I am Tammy Oldham, one of Mary A. Campise’s medical massage clients. She has made a huge difference in my life after years of built up scar tissue and its implications. She continues to help me and others with her extensive knowledge through medical massage therapy.

At age 3 months and then again at 7 years, she had open-heart surgeries to correct her Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), a congenital heart defect. As a result of VSD, heart failure and rhythm issues then occurred and she had a pacemaker implanted in her thirties. After several bouts with Covid, she has unknowingly had a leaky valve as well as Aortic Valve Stenosis, continued VSD, and more heart failure.

Congestive heart failure has made life harder with shortness of breath and swelling. The swelling causes pain in her feet and legs which in turn makes standing very difficult. She tries to keep going and helping others in her massage practice. However, her activities, including her workload, are becoming more and more limited due to her heart’s inability to work correctly.

Due to the added issues, she has a diagnostic surgery scheduled. If unable to pay her portion of the bill ($5,000) after insurance, it may be canceled since prepayment is required.

Though her faith is great, she is mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted. She needs surgeries and recovery time. Recovery time means not working. Being a single income household, income will be practically non-existent. That’s why I am asking for your support. Any amount, big or small, makes a difference both mentally and financially.
