Originally launched as part of my 40th birthday wish, this fundraiser helped bring awareness and support to a cause very close to my heart: the incredible work being done by Qatar Animal Welfare Society (QAWS). Now that the birthday candles are out, the mission continues — and so does the need. QAWS is currently home to over 250 rescued dogs, many of whom were abandoned, abused, or left behind with nowhere to go. This shelter is their only lifeline. Why Your Help Matters Running a dog shelter at this scale in Qatar is no small task.
