Maryport to Blackburn 10 day Charity Walking Challenge.

Hi, I'm Jordan Sands and from May 11th 2025 I'm going to be walking from Maryport in Cumbria to my home town of Blackburn in Lancashire.

I have challenged myself to do it in 10 days.

A distance of about 125 miles.

I will be averaging between 10 and 16 miles per day.

I will be camping so will carry all my own equipment for the journey.

I am rasing funds for a charity close to my heart, Cat Friends of Hyndburn.

We took in Mikey , a rescue black cat , from them.

They are an amazing team who are devoted to cat rescue, fostering and adoption.

All ran by volunteers.

Any funds raised will help them continue their vital work.
