MARYLOU RUTGERS' TRANSPLANT FUND
Donation protected
On November 22, MaryLou Rugters, a dear woman of God, fantastic wife, mother of 6 and a great friend to many, will enter the hospital to begin a bone marrow transplant to treat her myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), which is like leukemia. Funds are being raised to cover the enormous out of pocket medical expenses they will incur over the next year as well as to help with outside expenses such as gas, special cleaaning they need to prepare their home and maintain their home as her immune system will be non-existent and build slowly back up, and more. They want everyone to know whatever funds are raised are 100% designated for only costs associated with expenses that pertain to this illness and the necessary treatment. While prayers are their primary request, we are asking for assistance to help with the many expenses that have come and will be coming. Her husband, Glenn, also will have to take much time off of work at the beginning of this treatment to help her and care for her. This will decrease their weekly income. The funds are needed as soon as possible as they have already incurred many expenses that were not budgeted for. We appreciate anything you can donate to their needs. No donation is too small. Together all donations make a significant impact in their expenses. Thank you and bless you to all who can donate and pray for this dear woman and her family. The family is very very appreciative of you all and is thankful for the role you have played in their life and will continue to play in the years to come.
