Marylou hurricane Matthew victim

My heart breaks to see this photo from the newspaper. The woman standing in the water is my cousin Marylou Collins and her partner Ken.They are being escorted to remove only paperwork from there home. She is a victim of hurricane Matthew in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. They awoke to fire rescue removing everyone. They left with just the clothes on there back. The home is a total loss . If fema does not declare a disaster she is not covered. They have lost everything. Please help in any way. No amount is to small.
