Mary Sabetto's recovery fund

In a fraction of an instant, Mary Sabetto’s life changed when a horrific incident occurred as she drove down the Interstate. A cottonwood tree fell on the roof of her car, crushing her Toyota Prius, nearly killing her. The event which was caught on a web cam, resulted in Mary being hospitalized with over 4 broken vertebrae, a compressed lower back, fractured rib, a head injury as well as numerous cuts and bruises. She will be in a body and neck brace for at least the next 6 weeks and will have a long road of PT ahead of her. Mary was moved today from the hospital and was encouraged to move into a Rehabilitation facility to receive 24/7 medical care while waitng for PT to start. Unfortunately, we have discovered that the cost per day out of her pocket is more than she can afford. In additon to her loss of income from her job as aDeaf/Blind Lead Employment Consultant with Washington Vocational Services, she has already been faced with mounting medical bills and other costs associated with this tragedy.
