Hi all,

This year myself and Caroline are lacing up our running shoes to take on the (mid life crisis) challenge of the Dublin Marathon 2024.

We really wanted some motivation to push us through the 42km .We’ve recently discovered that Mary Queen of Angels 1 have applied for funding to upgrade the autism class, Sensory Room. Unfortunately they have not been granted the funding for this!

As many of you know, sensory rooms are vital spaces for children with autism, providing them with a calm, safe environment to regulate their senses and emotions. These rooms help students manage overwhelming stimuli, improve focus, and engage more effectively in their learning and social interactions.
