Hi, my name is Ashly, and I want to share something very close to my heart about my mom, Mary Josefina Rodríguez González. After a long and difficult battle with cancer, my mom sadly passed away. She was first diagnosed in 2021, and ever since, she fought with so much strength and grace. Over time, the cancer spread and became more aggressive, but she never lost her spirit, her love, or her faith. She was so brave all the way through. My mom was everything to me my best friend, my role model, my safe place. She always put others before herself, and even in her hardest moments, she made sure we felt loved and cared for. Losing her has been the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through, but I know her love will always stay with us. Right now, my family and I are trying to cover the medical bills from her treatments, as well as funeral expenses. It’s been incredibly overwhelming, emotionally and financially, and that’s why we’re asking for help. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and would help us give her the loving goodbye she deserves. Hola, mi nombre es Ashly, y con todo el amor del mundo quiero compartir unas palabras sobre mi mamá, Mary Josefina Rodríguez González. Después de una larga y dura batalla contra el cáncer, mi mamá falleció recientemente. Desde que fue diagnosticada en 2021, luchó con una fuerza increíble. Cada año la enfermedad avanzó más, pero ella nunca perdió su luz, su amor ni su fe. Fue valiente hasta el final. Mi mamá era todo para mí. Era mi mejor amiga, mi ejemplo, mi refugio. Siempre tenía una sonrisa, incluso en los momentos más difíciles. Su corazón era tan grande que siempre ponía a los demás antes que a ella misma. Es muy difícil aceptar que ya no está con nosotros físicamente, pero sé que su amor nos va a seguir acompañando para siempre. Hoy, mi familia y yo estamos enfrentando los gastos médicos que se acumularon durante su enfermedad, además de los costos del funeral. Ha sido un proceso muy duro, emocional y económicamente, y por eso estamos pidiendo ayuda. Cualquier aporte, por pequeño que sea, será una gran ayuda y un acto de amor hacia ella y hacia nosotros.
