My family and I are raising money for our Mother's( Mary Mahoney) funeral expense's. She's been on dialysis for 4 years. She had triple bypass surgery, ruptured colon. She's a single mother of 3 children with 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  She always was the light of our family made sure everyone was okay and felt welcomed.  When one of us was upset or in pain she was the first person right by their side asking them what was wrong and giving them a shoulder to cry on.  She always encouraged her children and grandchildren to follow their heart and to go after their dreams. It didn't matter what the dream was Mary always supported them and she didn't care if she was the only one she was there for everyone, especially for her grandchildren who was her whole life and joy, always made sure they had presents every  Christmas/Birthday so that they could at least have something on the holiday.  She always listened to their stories never judged them once.  It didn't matter if my mother was sick or not feeling good she still was the one to listen to everyone and make them laugh.  She didn't want anyone to be upset or suffering.  Growing up my mother made sure we had what we wanted, from clothes to being in activities we enjoyed and to giving us a life that was special.
