On Saturday 14th February, Mary Jane Audits attended the Crowborough migrant camp and has since had his phone and GoPro taken as part of an ongoing police matter.

He has also been banned from attending the CROWBOROUGH protest while this is being dealt with.

As a result, he is now left with no phone, no recording equipment, and no way to continue his auditing work or even stay in proper contact with his family and his son.

Many of you will know that he has supported Crowborough regularly for weeks and has been present on multiple occasions documenting what is happening.

Regardless of personal views, it is extremely difficult to be left without basic communication and essential equipment overnight.

This fundraiser is purely to help him replace his phone and GoPro so he can:

• Stay in contact with family

• Travel safely

• Continue documenting lawfully in public spaces

We are also incredibly grateful that a kind supporter who regularly attends

Crowborough is helping him tonight to ensure he is safe and able to get home tomorrow.

No one should be left completely without a phone or means of communication.
