Mary Home of Hope Orphanage in Uganda
Donation protected

My name is Rose Manning and I am raising money to help the children who live in the orphanage "Mary Home of Hope" in Uganda. Thanks to technology, I was able to speak to these beautiful children who had such big smiles on their faces. It warmed my heart to see how happy they were with what they have. I also love that these children are taught about Jesus and how to follow God.
As many of you might know, Uganda is a poverty-stricken country, one to the poorest in the world. Orphanages are run mainly by volunteers and donations, some by the government. To run an orphanage can be very costly. Then there is the cost of food to feed these children. Small-scale farmers in Uganda have long struggled to feed the nation and their families. Now and through no fault of their own, an increasingly unstable and uncertain climate is making that task all the more difficult. Due to the unpredictable weather patterns, drought, heat, and drier conditions, growing crops in Uganda poses some challenges.
GoFundMe does not reach Uganda, so I have included my friend's information below so you can reach out to him with any questions you have. I know it’s hard to trust people on the internet, but this one is real. And these children need help. My new friend, Muniiru Ngobi, is a former street kid. His mission is to help provide basic needs to orphans and street kids. He helps run this orphanage and said there are 30 children in the orphanage, and it cost about $90- $100 USD per week to feed the children. You can reach out to him with any questions on either of the platforms below.

God is so good! Let us show Gods love by coming together to help feed these children. It is so important that we show Gods love to not just those in our neighborhood, but to those around the world. These children also need funds for rent and school supplies so they can continue to learn. They need mattresses to sleep on. As well as other necessities such as medication, hygiene items, and clothing as they grow.
I have been sending them what I can, but it's not much. They need more than I can offer them. Please assist if you can.
Galatians 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
