Hi everyone! I'm Kristen, Mary's mom (as you already know)!! Mary is my best buddy. She was diagnosed with Fragile X syndrome when she was little. Fragile X is the leading cause of Autism; it is genetic, passed from mom and dad to child.

Mary never asks for much, I mean NEVER. She is quiet, doesn't really talk a lot. She loves her rabbit, Rosie, and she ESPECIALLY loves YOSHI!!! She is a Mario super fan!

She works a few hours a week at BCRC and does her chores around the house. She is very funny when you get her going. She loves to give knuckle sandwiches. Mary is turning the big 30 in February, and I am planning a super fun trip to EPIC UNIVERSE in Orlando for her birthday. Just for a few days so that she can meet...YOSHI!! I'm not rich by any means; I have been paying on this trip forever. I want her to have the MOST AMAZING BIRTHDAY EVER in February, so I thought I would make a GoFundMe just for her spending money! I figured anything that was donated would be exciting for her!

I am not too shy to beg!!!! She is an amazing young lady (old lady now!) and deserves to have the best big birthday ever. She will miss out on so many things that we all get to experience, like driving, buying a house, etc., so I figured I'd give this a shot!!!
