Hi, I'm Denise Braun. My dear friend of over 40 years, Mary Edwards, has cancer that has spread. As a single mom, she worked full-time to raise her daughter. She sacrificed everything to give her daughter a great childhood. She has two granddaughters who are her everything.

She takes care of everyone except herself and now needs financial help to get her through this journey and fight against cancer. Her limited insurance plan has a huge annual deductible that resets on January 1st, adding up to more than $15,000. Once she starts treatment, she won't be able to work full time, making it impossible to meet her increasing medical costs.

Additionally, she will need assistance with everyday finances. Based on these needs, we are trying to raise $25,000 to help Mary keep her house and not pile up debt. Please help in any way you can. Mary is a very sweet, caring, loving, and cheery person. She's worked hard her entire life, and we want to see her fight this battle with dignity and without worrying about how she will make it financially. We thank you tremendously.
