Friends and interpreter colleagues ..

Our friend, union memberand colleague interpreter Isabel Espino is going through a very difficult time and she needs our help.
Her daughter had a motorcycle accident 2 days ago while traveling in a village in Thailand, unfortunately without travelers insurance.
Isabel's daughter is in a critical condition with a punctured lung, she had to have emergency surgery and needs a second one,  and our colleague can't afford the cost of all this medical attention.

Has already arranged interpreter services in Bangkok to help facilitate the coordination of care and communication between Isabel and medical personnel.

We are deeply touched by  this sad event and we are hoping that everyone feels touched as well  just  because anyone could be in her situation.

We are setting up an account to help her pay for her trip to go take care of her daughter who is having surgery at a hopsital in precaious conditions as I've heard.

It is time to show how united we the interpreters are!!!
