Hi, my name is Rachel. I’m fundraising for my Mom, Mary Brickey.
On Sunday Mary was in a traumatic motorcycle accident after her brakes failed. As a result of the accident, Mary has lost her right leg from the knee down. With other miraculously minor injuries, she is in good spirits.

TUESDAY UPDATE: Mary is out of the icu! She even opted for being a pirate yesterday for Halloween instead of a butterfly like she’d planned;) surgery is tomorrow and the doctors will be closing the amputation site.
