Help our little marvin to get the vetinary care he needs

Meet Marvin, he is a 3 year old loving and happy jack russel with the softest, gentlest personality, he is full of love and until a few weeks ago lived a very happy and full life. Unfortunately around 4 weeks ago Marvin became very unwell very quickly. He had bladder stones which became life threatening accompanied by liver and kidney issues and had to undergo life saving surgery. Following this various tests have been run to try to the root of his health issues. Marvin has now been given a diagnosis of Portosystemic shunt which is a congenital condition (he was born with) which impacts his liver function. This condition if left untreated would deteriorate and lead to an array of physical and neurologial symptoms that would sadly lead to him needing to be put to sleep. However if Marvin gets the treatment he needs his chances of living a healthy and happy life are incredibly high. What Marvin needs is a CT scan followed by an operation to correct the liver abnormality all of which is going to cost a significant amount of money which as a family we simpy do not have. We have Pet insurance, unfortunately this insurance only covers upto £4000 per year, and Marvins vet care has already gone above that. Which is why we are reaching out to ask for help, any donation towards his care would be so deeply appreciated. Dogs are able to heal us in ways no humans can. They teach us unconditional love and provide a feeling of safety that I never knew possible. It's hard to describe what unconditional love does to the heart when you've never experienced it before, it is healing and a true gift and I will be forever grateful for our beautiful Marvin. Our little Marvin is absolutely cherished and loved, he is so important to our family it is hard to put into words the significance he holds. We truly love him and the prospect of losing him so young is simply heart breaking and hard to bear when just a few weeks ago he was happy chasing squirrels around the park causing mischief.
