Martyn Kean's Motolab Cancer Crisis

Donation protected
I know the cost of living squeeze is making this a difficult time for everyone but I wouldn’t be asking for your help if this wasn’t important.
Martyn Kean (Keany) my close friend of many years and owner of Motolab was recently told he has cancer.
The good news is that the cancer is treatable and he has started on an intensive round of chemotherapy.
The bad news is that the chemo makes it difficult to do anything. Anyone who has been through chemotherapy will tell you the same.
Dealing with the effects of the chemo and fighting the cancer takes it out of you leaving you feeling extremely sick and ill and unable to do very much at all.
Because Martyn is a one-man band and works on his own it means that he has had to temporarily close the business. He is physically unable to do any work and has no employees who can do it for him.
No work means no income but all his monthly bills still need to continue to be paid. Rent, Insurance, Phone, Internet, electricity… They all need to be paid, cancer or no cancer, and this is causing a huge amount of stress to Martyn on top of the worry of the cancer.
And this is the reason I am asking for your help. Martyn has been there for bikers across the region for many years. He was always there to help and accommodate us. He has been there for us as bikers when we needed him and I am asking if we can do the same for him now that he needs us. To see if we can return the favour in some small way to thank him for being there for us and to give a little bit back as a sign of our thanks.
And for this reason I am asking for you to make a donation. Just an amount that you can afford.
It doesn’t matter how small the donation.
If five hundred of us each give a £2 donation that would be a huge boost to help keeping the doors of Motolab open and ensure that Motolab is there for the future.
And it will help Martyn to stop worrying about money and concentrate on his battle with cancer.
So I want to thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you in advance for making a donation to one of the area's few true motorcycle engineers.
All my thanks and gratitude
Vladimir
