Hi there, my name is Melissa Baker and I am fundraising to help our friend Marty Vance cover his rental truck costs and/or assist him in replacing his work vehicle.

Marty, a fellow bread vendor, was the truck driver involved in the fatal accident on the M1 near Smith Street last week involving 5 kids in a stolen car. As the kids were travelling at a high speed along the M1, they clipped the back of Marty’s truck.

If being involved in such a heart breaking accident was not enough, it has also left him without a work vehicle as his truck had to be written off. A hire truck is costing him over $900/week.

My husband Luke and I have know Marty for many years and would really like to help him out by creating this page and hope to generate some much needed funds for him.
