We unexpectedly lost my brother Marty Stopher. He had been having chest pains for a couple weeks & I guess he didn’t think much about it. Sadly his heart stopped on Monday Nov 14th, his 45th birthday. He enjoyed going to the gym, eating healthy & taking vitamins. He even brought me a bottle of vitamins a couple months ago because he wanted to make sure I was taking care of myself. Clearly no one saw this coming. My family is grief stricken but we have a wonderful family who pulls together and everyone is scrambling to get through the next few days as we lay his body to rest. Marty was a good man. He was the most loyal friend you could ever ask for. He came through for so many people when they needed it most. He knew the value of life & the value of family & friendships. Many of his friends have asked me if there is anything they could do to help. The cost of the funeral & burial is quite overwhelming. I am asking for your help to bury my brother and to please join us at the visitation & funeral. Marty loved so many people & I know you loved him too. Joining together to help him & to be there for each other is everything right now. I know with the help of my family as well as my Fern Creek family we can all make this happen. I love & appreciate all of you.
