Martin Hoare lost pretty much all of his possessions on 20 January 2022 when his house and sheds were burned to the ground at his off grid bush home outside of Daylesford, Victoria.

There have been generous offers of support and so we thought it best to start a ‘go fund me’ page to manage contributions for this devastating loss.

 

Martin first needs funds to hire an excavator and truck to clear the site and then needs to rebuild a small house and a shed to catch rain water. He will need tanks, an off grid solar setup, a chain saw, clothing, a generator, a pump, wood heater and hot water unit, refrigeration, a laptop computer, power tools, furniture and household goods.

 

Martin has also lost a life time collection of books, his son’s motorcycle, his fishing gear, kayaks, extensive tools, chainsaws, collectables and so many other things

 

It would be hugely appreciated if you could offer any financial support to help him rebuild.
