Martinos Need An Attorney

Good afternoon everyone, I know that you may have already had some idea of what is going on in my life. I am currently working finally but the income is just covering me and the kids basic living expenses. I am also working two side jobs; I'm doing door dash regularly with the kids which is exhausting after an 8-5pm job AND I'm working on a side etsy business to sell beautiful wine bottle creations.

I have gone above and beyond to apply for every state assistance program I can apply for and have been denied by everyone citing that I am over the income limit by pennies. Literally, pennies! Child support from my two youngest father has completely ceased since December 2020 and this has caused a serious hardship. We are also about to begin a custody battle in which I will need legal fees. This is where I'm asking for additional support. I have found a great attorney who wants to help me so desperately but the retaining fee alone is $2500.

Then I have to pay into the account through every court appearance. I know that I have asked and seemingly begged for so much over the last 6 months but anything extra to help me get a good lawyer to settle custody will be greatly appreciated. I need to put something on paper for the protection of my children. Please consider another small donation and if you cannot give, PLEASE consider sharing my post.
