Martinez Family Eviction help during Pandemic
Donation protected
My name is Kyle Neice and I am a teacher at Jackson Middle School, located in Albuquerque NM.
Armando Martinez has been a student for just about three years now. His grandmother is the sole caretaker for himself, as well as his brother and sister. Unfortunately she's unable to work due to an autoimmune liver disease, and in this current pandemic environment, is facing eviction after opting to make the car payment and medical bills instead of the rent payment.
I know that right now a lot of families are facing a lot of uncertainty, but the best thing we can do is come together to lift each other up as we face an unknown future.
I've set the goal at three thousand dollars so as to take care of the past due rent, as well as secure them with housing through at least the end of the school year, and hopefully the end of the COVID-19 outbreak.
