Martin wicks aka wicksy

Hi all my name is Craig Birney.  On the 8/1/2020 we tragically lost a young 21 year old lad due to suicide. Martin wicks (aka wicksy) tragically took his own life due to a battle with depression, anxiety and a heart condition from a young age. Martin was an absolute bonza of a lad he was so kind, generous, loving, caring and just a genuine all round good lad. Martin was a very loved and loving family member to all his family and friends. Martin loved his fishing, rugby, hanging out with friends/family and absolutely loved his job as a scaffolder where he worked with me and the boys at big river scaffolding. Martin was an up and coming avid scaffolder. Martin was punctual, willing to learn on a daily basis and always wanted to learn. Not only have we lost a work team member we have lost a good mate and work isn’t the same without wicksy. I’m asking today for my mates, family to please donate just a little to try and contribute to martins funeral cost and to help martins family get through this tragic time a little easier regarding the circumstances that has happened. Martins family r a lovely family and Martin was a brilliant young lad and is missed dearly by all.
