In April 2025, our dear friend, Julia, was diagnosed with both cervical and thyroid cancer. This news came as a shock to Julia and her family. Julia had to pause her 20+ year career as a surgical technician at Providence Hospital while she receives chemotherapy and radiation treatment 5 days a week. Julia is so unbelievably giving and kind to everyone she loves, and is always caring for her friends and family. Julia is a devoted wife, loving mother, wonderful friend, and colleague. She treats everyone like family: from hosting beautiful dinner parties to hand-delivering fresh-baked bread to your door. While enduring treatment, Julia will be unable to work for the better part of this year, reducing the household income by half. While she and her family walk through this incredibly difficult time, let us give back to the one who is always there for us. All funds raised will go directly to Julia and her family to cover unforeseen medical expenses and daily needs.
