Martha Monroy's Funeral Memorial
Donation protected
Dear family and friends, it is with immense sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Martha Monroy. On Tuesday, 03/03/2020, Martha was embraced by God’s grace after suffering a terrible stroke. All who knew Martha are heartbroken and devastated by this sudden loss. She was much too young to be called home by God this soon, but we take comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering.
Martha was at home spending her Friday evening with her daughter Samantha. They were talking, laughing and spending time together while looking through photos when Martha suddenly suffered the stroke. While in the ICU, Martha initially showed hopeful signs of progress but her health steadily declined thereafter. The family appreciates all the prayers, support and visitors during Martha’s stay at the ICU. The many family and friends that came to support Martha serves as a testament to the immense impact that Martha had on people’s lives.
Martha was a true ray of sunshine; her warm smile and playful laugh illuminated any room. She had that natural ability to be compassionate and caring towards others. She was known for being a devoted and loving mother to her daughter Samantha, whom she leaves behind. She was also a wonderful sister, sister-in-law, cousin, daughter and friend, which makes it so much harder to accept her passing.
This account has been setup to bless Martha Monroy’s family with financial help and support during this time of grieving. Our goal is to reach $15,000 to help assist with funding Martha’s funeral services. Once our goal is reached, all other donations will go towards supporting Samantha.
The soul never dies; therefore, Martha’s soul still lives on in our hearts and memories forever. This is not a goodbye, only a farewell. Until we meet again our beloved Martha.
Thank you all for your prayers, love and support.
