Blessing the Burks

Marta, Morgan & Mallory have lost their sweet husband and daddy to COVID. More than ever, they're in need of some tangible love & support. Marta would never ask for this kind of help. Kevin Burk, 59, moved to Heaven, Monday, January 10, 2022. He was born on July 12, 1962. Kevin was the perfect combination of John Wayne and Andy Griffith. A cowboy at heart, he was a gentle and quiet man, known for the beaming smile, steadfast faith, and consistently kind spirit. He and his bride Marta shared the kind of love sung about in country love songs. He was absolutely smitten with her and openly adored her and their two girls, Morgan and Mallory. Kevin was budgetary with his words, but each one seemed to be chosen with such intention, especially, “Praise the Lord, and “Go Cats!” His spirit put others at ease like a warm cup of tea, but he could just as easily have you in stitches with his amusing antics.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Marta.

Daughters: Morgan Burk Lanham (Michael) and Mallory Burk.

Parents: Father, Duvall Burk (Judy) and Mother, Theresa Hardin (Carlos).

Brothers: Dean Burk (Deann) and Ben Hardin (Melinda).

Stepbrother: Mark Hardin (Amy).

Stepsister: Amy Noll (Dave).

Several nieces and nephews.
