Marta’s battle with cancer

Hi,

My name is Marta. I am 47 years old.

The encounter with cancer began in August 2018 after routine tests.

Diagnosis was terrible - Breast cancer with metastases to lymph nodes.

Immediately doctor's started treatment with me at MSK Hospital in NY.

First they give me chemotherapy, after chemotherapy they did the surgery and radiation.

The disease took a lot from me, but it never took away my will to fight and live.

Today, after six years, the disease has returned but in a different place.

The diagnosis is inoperable liver cancer.

Treatment is long-term.

I have already started chemotherapy. I will humbly accept whatever fate has in store for me just to live.
