Marshall's Meds & Living Expenses
Donation protected
Marshall is a long-time community leader and activist who understands from personal experience what it is like to struggle with addiction, to survive on the streets, and to work for transformational change. For a more in-depth look at his story and the ways that he serves the community, please go to http://wp.me/p2tboj-fv.
Marshall now needs our help. On October 30, he was hospitalized and treated for meningitis. He is out of the hospital now, but he is still experiencing headaches, ringing in his ears, moderate-to-severe fatigue, low-grade fever, nausea, and light sensitivity, so he is temporarily unable to work. He was recently diagnosed with diabetes, which complicates his recovery. He has no health insurance and must pay for his medications out of pocket.
Please help however you can. Every little bit helps. Everything will go toward rent, food, medications, public transportation, doctor's bills, and other basic necessities. Marshall plans to get back to work as soon as he is able. He's not used to being down for long!
Note: Go Fund Me keeps 8% of all donated funds to support its own administrative costs.
