- UPDATE. With the help of some generous people and a charity coming in last minute I now have enough to cover Marshall’s vet costs to help him stop suffering . I can’t thank you all enough. *
- Hi , as some of you may be aware my cat went missing for a few days and unfortunately when he returned he was in along of pain and was swollen near his back end. After many trips to the emergency vets over the past 2/3 days we are now aware Marshalls condition is much more serious than we expected.
Marshall has a badly blocked bladder resulting in extreme pain and urinating on himself and also heavy blood filled urination. In this case they have advised that euthanasia would be the best option as if we were to treat it in a few months time we could be back again and then it spiralling from there which means he would be in constant pain and discomfort which is no way of life for an animal.
it breaks my heart to have to put marshall to sleep as he is only 3 years old but I know it is the best thing and he won’t be in anymore pain.
The reason for the go fund me is to help cover these costs whatever you can donate would be greatly appreciated. I have only been able to cover so much of the bill so far and as I am unable to work I’m at a complete loss with finding the rest and this was my last option. I hate to have to set up a go fund me but in this situation there is nothing more I can do apart from hope people can help donate and put Marshall to sleep so he is no longer in pain
